+1 with the following changes:
- Deprecate im4 as well (it has numerous security issues, upstream is 
dead and completely outdated.
- Change the default [GFX][im_version_5] from empty (im4) to gm. Opinions?
- Change the install tool wording and remove hints to 4.2.9

@Benni: What do you think about that? Could another core dev have a 
look, please?

A change for NEWS.txt:
* The aged versions ImageMagick 4 and 5 have been deprecated. Please 
consider to use ImageMagick 6 or Graphicsmagick instead.
