[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14405: Rename the test cases from *_testcase to *Test

Hi,

+1 by reading with the following changes:

- Please drop the require_once for the classes that are covered by the
autoloader. (Or, if you decide to keep this out of this patch, filing a
bug about that would be good.)

- *TestCase ->*Test (only the class names; the file names are okay)
