[TYPO3-core] RFC #14503: Bug: HTML is shown in sysext belog after the usage of the sprite api for icons

Problem:
During the work in #0014465 the new CSS Sprite API was inserted in the 
system extension "belog".

After this change (Revision 7683) html output is shown in the 
belog-extension after the "show history icon.

Steps to reproduce:
- You must have a TYPO3 rev. 7683 or newer
- Login to the backend
- Go to "Admin Tools" -> Log"
- Look at the attached Screenshot to find the right position of the html 
code.

Solution:
Remove the line 215 of file t3lib/class.t3lib_bedisplaylog.php

Notes:
Disadvantage:
the title tag "Show History" isn`t available anymore.
