[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10951: Bug: Hidden content elements shows up in view module

Problem:
Content elements with property "hidden" shows up while using the View 
module on a non-admin user and adminpanel disabled. In my case the bug occured also using normal admin users.

Solution:
Steffen Ritter provided a patch. It works well on my setup. (current 4.4 trunk)
