[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14494: htmlArea RTE: backpath is not correctly set

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
backpath is not correctly set and the RTE fails to load in some contexts 
such as web->page->quickEdit.

Solution:
Set backpath correctly.
