[TYPO3-core] RFC #14356: feature: Make disable_controls available for all group fields, not just type "file"

I had some trouble classifying this, since the "feature" itself is not new.
Since the docs on typo3.org do not state that the option is limited to  
"file",
the user would assume it is available for all "group" fields (as I did), so
it may also be considered a bug. I finally settled on "feature" because a
bug is usually some feat that's broken, which this missing feat of course  
is not. ;)

Ah, ok, sorry for the wrong diff. I followed a link Christopher provided
in the bugtracker and used the instructions found there. Next time I'll
do it the way you kindly described. :)

No disappointment here, I didn't expect to go core list pro on my first  
throw. ;)
