[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14352: [Usability ] All Configuration is huge form and difficult to find begin of sections

Hi,

just to bring the working one here it is.

Again, link styles are done in #14306.
About positioning - i like the idea of Sebastian, thought about insert 
the section in the left menu on 2nd level - but it's huge work as the 
template is replaced at other position etc.

Maybe if i find some time i could move the DOM to there with JS
