Perhaps a bit too fast...

One invocation of t3lib_div::createVersionNumberedFilename was using an 
incorrect path. Therefore, no query parameter was ever appended to the 
filename of the main script file of the RTE... Took some time to uncover 
as only Opera and IE needed the version number to recognize that the 
script had been modified.

Attached follow-up patch committed to trunk (revision 7569).
