[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10377: Cleaning and linting typo3/js-scripts

Hi,

i renewed the patch using all typo3/js javascripts.
Now it was more easy as i use rocketstaraoos with included jslint.
It showed some unnecessary calls, also an error in url parameter and 
many sloppy terms.

I tested the changed scripts, however please test it as all scripts are 
affected.

Also this cleanup is for trunk only, i will come with mini-patch for 4_3 
with the wrong url parameter
