Come on! At one point devs are asked to do CGL cleanup in the line or 
the lines around the changes they do, and the next time it should be a 
different RFC.

Since these are really simple changes and the entire changeset is very 
little I really see no problem in improving the code according to CGL. I 
mean, it's not really that difficult to read the difference on true and 
TRUE, is it?

I'll let the core dev that commits decide if the CGL changes should go 
in or not. If not, he will have to revert them :)
