[TYPO3-core] FYI: deleted testcase for comparing ereg_ usage as it doesn't work with php >= 5.3

Hi,

i deleted the testcase file "regularexpression_testcase.php" as this 
test doesn't work in php >=5.3 because usage of ereg_ function.
We only used this test for the replace of the ereg_ functions which is 
finished.
