[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #13954: htmlArea RTE: Extjize TYPO3 link, image and user elements dialogue windows

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Continue transforming the RTE dialogues into ExtJS windows.

Solution:
The attached patch makes the TYPO3 link, image and user elements 
dialogue windows open as ExtJS windows. It does NOT however transform 
the contents of these windows.

This patch completes the conversion of all RTE windows to ExtJS windows.

Class HTMLArea.Dialog becomes deprecated.

Note:
The language select field of the current image update tab is removed by 
this patch. A follow-up patch will be required to re-introduce it as a 
ExtJS combo box.
