[TYPO3-core] RFC #13832: Wrong flashmessage when clearing temporary data

Hey,

after talkin to Søren about this, we decided to put the tab-correction 
of #12202 back into that patch to keep this one independet.

Additionally I corrected one small mistake and some CGL issues.

Please see attached, clean patch.
