[TYPO3-core] RFC #13832: Wrong flashmessage when clearing temporary data

Problem:
While fixing 0012202 i found out that a wrong flashmessage was shown
when clearing temporary data.

A message saying "User setting was saved" was displayed, this should
of course be a "Temporary data clared" message

Solution:
Added a variable to set = TRUE if it was the temp data that was
cleared and created a flashMessage for this purpose.
