[TYPO3-core] RFC: #13138 hooks for additional markers in felogin

I added a diff-file to add hooks to class.tx_felogin_pi1.php

Currently it is not possible to add custom markers to the felogin template.

Someone already created the bug http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=13138 and
I attached the file there too.
