[TYPO3-core] RFC: #13813: Using ExtJS with debug should also use debug-files of adapter

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix, no-brainer

Branch: 4_3, trunk

Now only ext-all-debug.js is used with debug setting, but the adapters 
also delivered with debug versions, so use it.
