[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9218: htmlArea RTE: "Remove format" messes up some inline formats

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The MS Word markup removal option messes up bold tags.

Solution:
Fix the regular expression responsible for the issue. However, the patch 
also fixes incorrectly escaped regular expressions that may cause other 
problems.
