Thanks for your patch. As you are modifying the date/time format (the 
common method is using a blank space between date and time while in 
typo3/mod/tools/em/class.em_index.php you replaced format with a comma 
separating both fields with the default method and as such removed the 
comma to have a single blank space instead.

Would you like to provide another patch that let's choose the (optional) 
separator to be used for instance? Or just drop request to update 4.4?
