[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14905: htmlArea RTE: Image dialogue shows tab "Current picture" when there is no current image

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
In the RTE image dialogue, if both the plain and magic tabs are removed 
by Page TSConfig, then the Current image tab is always shown.

If DAM is installed, then the same happens if both media_plain and 
media_magic tabs are removed by configuration.

Solution:
Disallow the Current image tab when there is no current image.
