[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14887: htmlArea RTE: RTE may be started before style sheets are loaded

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The RTE initialization process does test that all style sheets are 
accessible but if the collection is still empty, the test loop is not 
entered. The styling dropdowns are then disabled.

Case encountered in Safari 5.

Solution:
Check that the document styleSheets array is indeed accessible.
