[TYPO3-core] RFC #14883: Remove deprecated methods with deprecation log from core for 4.5

+1 by reading.

Attached is corresponding patch for DBAL. I found that two methods where 
said deprecated in DBAL while not being deprecated (and still in use) in 
Core, I already removed the annotation on all DBAL branches to be in sync.
