[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14857: Reports Module: Wrong icon and a styling problem

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix, CSS

Problem:
The report section needs a little styling tweak

Solution:
Remove the wrong padding. Tested in FF 3.6.4, IE6, IE7, Chrome.
Furthermore the small file is cleaned up

How to test:
Switch to the reports module, see the problem, aplly patch and see the
correct output
