[TYPO3-core] RFC: 14771: Updates for taskcenter, sys_action, impexp

Hi,

I did a new patch which solves all issues of Steffen Gebert and also
includes a change of styling as the shady background is used.

As time goes fast, I did a patch for all 3 sysexts which makes it easier
to test too
