[TYPO3-core] RFC #14816 bugfix : BE login in IE6 looks bad

Hi,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
PNGfix is not applied to one image and two divs, which makes the BE 
login page look unpleasant for IE6 users

Solution:
This patch adds a class to three elements in the BE login page and adds 
the class to the PNGfix.
The blank gif typo3/sysext/t3skin/pngfix/iepngfix.gif was also missing.

How to test:
Apply patch, add iepngfix.gif and watch the BE login in IE6
