[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14799: htmlArea RTE: Colour dialogue may raise a js error in IE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
In the colour dialogues, if a value is manually entered in the colour 
field and is not a valid colour code, a js error is raised in IE.

Solution:
Ensure the entered colour code is valid.
