[TYPO3-core] RFC #14804 Update ext_icons for sysexts

Hi,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Several ext_icon's of sysexts do not match the icons used for their 
functionality in menu's, etc.

Solution:
Updated the sysext icons and made a few other match the style of the new 
BE.

How to test:
Unzip and overwrite icons in sysext directories. Watch the new icons in 
the Ext Manager.

Notes:
paths in zip should be relative to root, but it seems that the 
zip-creator-proggy only managed to make them relative to typo3/sysext/ :-(
