[TYPO3-core] [TYPO3-v4] Announcing TYPO3 4.4.0RC2

Dear TYPO3 enthusiasts,

today, the TYPO3 community released the second Release Candidate of 
TYPO3 4.4. The final version will be released this Tuesday, June 22nd.

We had quite some people working on the last rough edges of 4.4 this 
weekend. There were numerous updates to the rich text editor HTMLarea, 
the new skin in various areas of the TYPO3 Backend, and an update to 
Extbase. If no critical issues will come up, this will be the last 
Release Candidate before the final version on tuesday.
