this is more the problem of the users ... if FIRST_INSTALL gets deleted  
with first use, I don't think that this is such a problem.

because sometimes the server is not on the same machine ...
e.g. with my hoster (df) I have mydomain.org with mysql3.mydomain.org;  
mysql4.mydomain.org; mysql5.mydomain.org. It is up to me which on to use  
and these servers are independent from the webslave
