[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14766: htmlArea RTE: RTE not loading when using forceHTTPS option (Thanks to Helmut Hummel)

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When using the (undocumented) configuration option forceHTTPS the 
siteURL is appended twice to some url's.

Solution:
Remove the superfluous appended strings.
