[TYPO3-core] RFC #14705: Bug: In BE - Login - Form the ".t3-login-field label" is to small (for German BE-Language)

Problem:
The username inputbox overlays a part of the labeltext.

Solution:
I have increased the label width and the left margin of the submit-button.
