After a little testing with Steffen, it became more clear that the 
disappearing issues were related to drag&drop in TV.

Both before and after the patch, you can drag a TV element and let it 
return to its original location.  After this, the context menu will 
appear and stay where its supposed to be so that portion of the hiding 
is clearly related to TV.

Here's my official +1 on testing.
