[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14721: Flexform sections are unstyled and look weird

We decided to do so, because there were many positioning glitches (caused  
by the floating fields) and there was no way to call this state "Release  
Candidate". Also there has been rather no testing with extensions doing  
whatever weird things, which are possible in TCEforms.
That's why we decided to revert. Of course, we're not happy with it, but  
we want a stable 4.4 release on Tuesday.

Think there are still some smaller issues left beside the TCEforms. Maybe  
have a look at the wiki.
