FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Type:
Cleanup

Problem:
Scripts extensions/DefaultColor/class.tx_rtehtmlarea_defaultcolor.php 
and extensions/DefaultFont/class.tx_rtehtmlarea_defaultfont.php
are not used anymore.

Solution:
Delete the scripts.
