[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14721: Flexform sections are unstyled and look weird

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Add styling to flexform section so they look like the other fields.

The patch adds classes to the section container, moved inline styles in 
css files and uses same styling as other flexform fields.

What can show it better than screenshots before / after
Example is a media CE which use flexform sections.
