[TYPO3-core] RFC #14636: Improvements to new Backend skin

TCEFORMS look ugly in Safari and Chrome. Backend gradient does not work 
(a proprietary -moz- property was used) and the input field for the 
"Link" in tt_content breaks into a new line.

Sorry if this was already known. Did not find it.
