i wasn't sure about. Imho Workspace is a fix expression, is it 
translated anywhere? I also left out localize of Draft (was hardcoded 
before too).

If you think they should i would do it in the next step. Imho the 
complete function should be moved to version extension as it belongs 
too, leaving the template function only as wrapper.

The other CGLs - i only changed it in the touched lines, i will apply 
CGL for complete function with commit.
