Not affected by this patch. I can reproduce this in Opera with very small  
screen and while opening the menu for the first time. Afterwards it works  
as expected. This is more an ExtJS problem

As they don't have a headline in TCEforms, the black bar on top is missing  
(and so a border-top). Will be fixed.
They also have a drop shadow like the clickmenu in capable browsers.

White is too bright? What background does your IDE, mail or word processor  
have? Opera doesn't know background-gradients, so shows my fallback color  
#fff. Will change it to the softer #ececec used by the gradient.

mistake.

Did you use v2_icons.zip? The later version uses only bulb on/off, without  
overlays
