So, here my remarks:
* I really like all those now icons and the new Ext-Manager look :)
* In ExtJS, if you open a context menu (eg. in recycler click on one of  
the table headers), the entries jump if you hover over them
* Some paddings are missing once a while, see screenshots
* CSH help boxes look bad now, they are not distinguishable from the  
background.
*** The edit forms (TCE Form) are far too bright. This will not work for  
people who have problems with people who are sensitive to brightness. This  
is especially a problem, because everything else is rather dark. It even  
hurts my eyes while having the monitor at 30%. It really looks unstyled  
(as mentioned by Helmut)
* the full-screen icon for the editor looks old
* The date dialog still uses the old button style
* suggest boxes repeat the sprite... have a look a screenshot 10
* Website language still uses old icon at some places (have a look at DB  
Check-->Record statistics); at create new record list on root page, it  
even seems to be the wrong icon (#12)
* Same for mountpoint (eg. in page properties type select box), sysaction  
looks old too
* the type select box for content elements should have icons too (see #14)
* RTE Link window is really ugly now (#15)
* In Access, the legend image is darker than the icons (#16)
* Might be unrelated, but sitemap should show the page/path instead of  
just the id of the starting page (#17)
* Task Center needs some work/ styling (#23)
* clipboard still uses old info icon (#24)
* unhide uses a state (red minus) where I would expect an action, the red  
minus is already attached to the record icon (#25)

should be enough for now ;)
I attach all 25 screenshots ... 252,1 kByte - Steffen has some more.

I guess those skin patches are work in progress and should be commited  
rather fast. Otherwise it will be impossible to find all glitches, because  
you never now what breaks in the commits in between.
