[TYPO3-core] RFC #14624: Use Flash Message in Template module

Hey,

version 2 with the following modifications:

  * Removes the exclamation marks in front of the input boxes
  * Removes the questions "are you sure you want to do this?" when 
hitting the buttons
  * Adds a new Locallang label with improved wordings
  * Deprecates the two labels we don't need anymore.

I will commit this one in 24hs if no one complains.
