[TYPO3-core] RFC #14692: t3lib_utility_client is not working with php 5.2.0

this is a SVN patch request.

Issue:
the preg_match_all pattern used to get the client information is using 
named subpatterns that are not compatible with php 5.2.0 but only php 
5.2.2+.

Solution:
Change their spelling from '?<browser>' to '?P<browser>' which is 
backwards compatible and also working with php 5.2.0
