I'm fine with this if this solves our problem forever. I'll do some 
final testing with phpunit on command line, and will compare to FLOW3 
tomorrow.

BTW: This is the second case where we use upper case characters in 
filenames (extbase does this, too). I *think* this change won't harm the 
release script which excludes tests from packaging, because it probably 
checks for directory names called test/ and Test/ (references)?!

@Others (especially Benni): Please object now, otherwise I'll commit 
tomorrow evening.
