[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14673: Usage of debug() in BE use group *line* by default

This is a SVN patch request.

This is because the debug function of eg cc_debug use more params, and 
the third one is by default *line*

Solution:
use empty string in this case when calling t3lib_div::debug
