[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14663: t3lib_utility_Client::getBrowserInfo returns gecko build date rather than version

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

In the case of engine 'gecko', t3lib_utility_Client::getBrowserInfo 
returns the bulid date which follows "Gecko/" in user agent strings.

It would be more useful to return the revision number which comes after 
"rv:" in user agent strings.

Solution:
replace build date with revision version for gecko
