[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #13301: htmlArea RTE: textstyle cannot be applied to full content of block element

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Bugfix

Problem:
Text style markup cannot be applied when all text content of a paragraph 
or block element is selected. The text is wrapped in a span element with 
selected class only if not all content is selected.

Solution:
Check if full content of block element is selected. If so, apply markup 
to content.
