[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed unit tests for t3lib_PageRenderer

The following changes were committed to SVN TYPO3_4-3 (rev. 7831)

Problem:
The t3lib_PageRenderer_testcase suite throws some errors after executing
the unit tests.

Solution:
Fix the flaws in the unit tests:
* CSS resources are added with 'media="all"', but 'media="screen"' was
expected
* adding the ExtJS debug code did not expect the file being named
'ext-jquery-adapter-debug.js', thus "-debug" was missing in the end

Notes:
The mentioned tests were already changed some time ago in TYPO3 4.4, but
unfortunately not in TYPO3 4.3!
