[TYPO3-core] RFC #14598: Add unique column name in page module

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
There's no easy way to apply CSS rules to different columns in the page  
module.

Solution:
Adds class t3-page-column-X, X being the number of the column.

Note:
This has also been a feature request here by Susanne Moog [1] and Steffen  
Ritter (private).
