Could you change XXXCompressJavaScript(0 to XXXJavaScriptCompression(),
please? This sounds better in English. The same for other
(ConcatenateJavaScript => JavaScriptConcatenation, etc). It should be
action=>subject. For example, action=enable, subject="JavaScript
concatenation".Currently it is action=>action=>subject, which does not
sound well.

P.S. I would also have a shortcut: enableDeveloperMode(). It is easier to
call a single function than calling many.
