[TYPO3-core] RFC #15295: Bug: Page treeFilter not re-applied after branch toggling

Problem:
The page tree filter is not re-applied to the page tree after a branch has been toggled.

Reproduce:
- Open page filter bar (click filter)
- Insert string
- Toggle branch in page tree
- Branch is reset to standard styling

Solution:
Call the TreeFilter after the ajax call to style the standard ul>lis with the filtered not-found classes by re-calling the filter()-method.

Notes:
Yes, I know that the PageTree is being revised but I guess this shall be implemented within 4.4 as well.
