[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14859: htmlArea RTE won't load in backend extension

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The htmlArea RTE won't load any more when called in an own BE extension.

A test extension provided in the bugtracker allows to reproduce the issue.

Solution:
Paths to js and css fiels are incorrectly set.
