[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #15250: htmlArea RTE: FE additionalJS_post javascript may be displayed as HTML text

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When the RTE is used in the FE, the additionalJS_post javascript may be 
displayed on the page as HTML text, depending on the structure of html 
markup.

Solution:
In BE, wizards, if present as neighbours of the RTE, are temporarily 
hidden so that they do not move around while the editor framework is 
being sized, and shown again when initialization is complete. This 
should not be done in FE.
